Squirming and writhing

If you’re too busy to work out, keep yourself fit by aerobicizing your self-loathing.

1.      Think of one thing you would never do for a million dollars and contemplate doing it for 20 dollars. (repeat set 3X)

2.      Spend an afternoon at your workplace writing out all the great things you could be doing with your life, but aren’t. To let go of your regrets, tear up the paper and toss it into the air. Crawl around picking up the pieces, one by one. Put them back together. Toss and throw until you feel the burn.

3.      Hyperventilate.
