Positive Affirmation Meditation

·         Relax your body using the magic mental reviver technique.

·         With your eyes closed, say a very short appropriate affirmation sentence as you breath in and out (e.g. while breathing in, say “I am; as you breathe out, say, … “confident…  in control… courageous… capable”, etc)

·         As thoughts, worries or ruminations come into your mind, gently return the force to your chosen affirmation for one to five minutes.
