Loving the taste of pure fresh water


This technique will help you to programme your mind to really enjoy drinking lots of fresh water. Visualising drinking water and affirming that you love pure fresh water will help you create a new healthy habit that will benefit you in so many ways.

Close your eyes and take a few slow, deep breaths. Centre your mind and repeat the following affirmation to yourself over and over in a slow, rhythmical chant:

I love the taste of pure fresh water.

As you affirm this, imagine the crystal-clear water pouring into your mouth, bringing you a strong feeling of refreshment. Taste the water in your mouth and really enjoy the feeling of drinking it.

After the first time you use this technique, drink a fresh glass of bottle or filtered water and you will notice how good it tastes.

From now on, whenever you drink water, affirm to yourself silently ‘I love the taste of pure fresh water.’ Say it over and over, and feel good as you say it. Each time you drink water, imagine the water tricking down your throat and into your system, revitalising and refreshing you.

Use this water visualisation often and you will be well on the way to create a very healthy habit that will last you a lifetime.
