Read this list often.
2. Make a list of ten ways you can treat yourself that don’t include food and that don’t cost anything. For example:
· Take a walk in the woods
· Window shop
· Watch children playing on a playground
· Study a beautiful flower
· Chat with a friend
Give yourself one or several of these treats every day.
3. Laughing makes you feel good about yourself. Make a list of five things that make you laugh.
Do something that makes you laugh at least once every day.
