5 steps to being caffeine-free and withdraw-free


For example, if you normally drink three tall cups of coffee a day you can:

1.      Cut total consumption to two tall cups a day for a few days.

2.      Drink one caffeinated cup of coffee one cup of half caffeinated – half decaf coffee for a few days of a week.

3.      Drink one caffeinated cup of coffee and one cup of half caffeinated – half decaf for a few days or a week.

4.      Drink one cup of half caffeinated – half decaf coffee and one cup of decaf coffee for a few days or a week.

5.      Drink two cups of decaf coffee a day for whatever length of time you choose.
